She’ll decide when she’s ready for marriage and children. She’ll likely send her children to school – and even live a longer life. We understand the importance of education for girl children. We do whatever it takes to ensure every last child has a chance to grow up healthy, educated and safe

– her best chance for a bright future.

Gender equality in education

Gender-equitable education systems empower girls and boys and promote the development of life skills – like self- management, communication, negotiation and critical thinking– that young people need to succeed. They close skills gaps that perpetuate pay gaps, and build prosperity for entire countries.

Gender-equitable education systems can contribute to reductions in school-related gender-based violence and harmful practices, including child marriage and female genital mutilation

How Lockdown affected our teaching:

Lockdown Just stopped the world, including education but our Spectra organization tackled this situation in a smart way.

One of them is studying in small groups:- Lockdown not only hindered the progress rather because of its regular extension brought excessive fall in students’ level, SPECTRA-IIMPACT started teaching students in small groups at their native place. The main motive of these classes is to bring the students learning level on track by teaching them nearby their homes. Besides educating the girls all learning centers were provided the Barkha series (Set of books) in which small and better stories with pictures are given to make children understand easily.

ALA classes were started on the 26th of July 2021 again.

Our Objectives:

  • Increase access and encourage enrolment to basic primary education, through community mobilization, for all girl children not in school.

  • Provide high quality relevant education through IIMPACT learning centers.

  • Encourage and enable each girl to become an independent thinker and self-learner.

  • Make learning joyful.

  • Help transform the community by educating girls.
